You will provide comprehensive explanations and documentation, coordinate global onboarding activities, and drive optimisation efforts through communication strategies. You will also manage employee access, track localisation performance, and support customer support initiatives. This role requires proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to support various projects to enhance partner satisfaction and drive organisational goals.

About The Role

This role requires proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and the ability to support various projects to enhance partner satisfaction and drive organisational goals.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with partner markets and HQ teams to support strategic and technical initiatives.
- Gather and analyze data on product gaps, competition, and driver earnings to provide actionable insights and influence market strategies.
- Lead or support the execution of key features and initiatives, offering clear documentation, best practices, and guidance across teams.
- Manage internal tools and access systems (e.g., Service Desk, Slack), ensuring operational efficiency and information security.
- Proactively drive personal and team development by implementing feedback, pursuing learning opportunities, and contributing across platforms.
- Act as a consistent and positive ambassador for Bolt, supporting societal initiatives and aligning daily actions with company values.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in partner/fleet/group management and/or analytics/consulting and/or ride-hailing and/or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and a data-driven mindset, enabling effective data analysis and informed decision-making.
- Nice to have: knowledge of content management processes.
