About The Role

As a Design Operations Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing design workflows, maintaining the design system, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Design and Engineering teams.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine processes, enhance design hand-offs, and establish best practices that drive efficiency and quality. Your responsibilities will include organizing and maintaining Figma structures, documenting workflows, and ensuring accessibility standards are met.

Your ability to create structured, scalable systems and foster collaboration across teams will be essential to your success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Maintaining, documenting, and evolving the design system, ensuring seamless integration of new components while meeting accessibility standards.
• Optimizing design workflows by developing structured hand-off processes between Design and Engineering.
• Supporting teams in improving and refining design processes, establishing best practices, and ensuring quality through design QA.
• Managing Figma organization and tooling, defining and maintaining file structures, templates, and documentation for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance design operations and streamline processes to drive scalable, high-quality design outcomes.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have experience in Design Operations or a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced technology or digital product environment.
• You have a strong understanding of design systems, workflows, and tooling, with hands-on experience managing Figma file structures, templates, and documentation.
• You are proficient in design and collaboration tools like Figma, Jira, Confluence, and other workflow management platforms.
• You take initiative in optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring design consistency across teams.
• You stay up-to-date with best practices in design operations, accessibility standards, and system scalability to enhance team productivity.
• You are a strong communicator and collaborator, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
