We are looking for a results-driven Business Growth and Partnerships Manager to join our ride-hailing operations team in Lithuania. You will manage and grow relationships with our most strategic fleet and business partners. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for fleet owners, ensuring their operational success, optimizing fleet performance, and driving long-term business growth.

About The Role

You will be responsible for account management, operational efficiency, and fleet partner engagement, ensuring that our ride-hailing platform remains a preferred choice for fleet businesses. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, relationship management, and hands-on problem-solving to ensure the success of our fleet supply.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Own and manage fleet accounts: build strong relationships with fleet partners, ensuring a seamless experience and sustainable growth.
  • Engaging in Business Development to identify new revenue opportunities, forge partnerships, and negotiate and structure contracts, including collaborations with driver and vehicle fleets, local businesses.
  • Manage Rewards partnerships: oversee existing partnerships that provide benefits and cost savings for both drivers and fleet partners (e.g., fuel, maintenance, insurance).
  • Optimize fleet performance: monitor key operational metrics (availability, utilization, etc.) and implement strategies to boost efficiency.
  • Data-driven decision-making: analyze fleet performance, generate reports, and develop insights to drive continuous improvement, increasing fleet partner engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Problem-solving & execution: work closely with internal teams (operations, compliance, customer support and marketing amongst others) to resolve fleet challenges and enhance the partner experience.


About you:

  • You have 4+ years of experience in key account management, fleet operations, or business development.
  • You have strong relationship management skills with a proven track record of handling key business accounts and establishing new partnerships.
  • You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills (both verbal and written) in English & Lithuanian.
  • You have an analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
  • You are proactive and passionate about solving problems creatively and efficiently..
