About The Role
As a Senior Operations Specialist you are going to be joining our team, to manage Bolt's e-bikes' daily operations.
It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to join the fast-growing micro-mobility sector and Europe's transportation unicorn.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Coordinating Bolt’s e-bike operations in London and other cities.
- Create and optimise processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run e-bike operations
- Analyse data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilisation metrics to ensure that e-bikes are deployed to high-demand areas
- Manage the e-bikes fleet – be on top of the vehicle inventory and ensure high ride quality for our riders
- Develop and execute strategies to increase our efficiency and solve all kind of operational challenges
- 2-4 years experience in an analytical position
- A data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must)
- Amazing negotiation and communication skills
- Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
- Be passionate about new technologies
- Excellent communication in English
