We’re looking for a skilled Global B2B Fleet Account Manager to develop and scale up courier fleet account management and drive performance improvements across Europe and Africa.

About The Role
The Global B2B Fleet Account Manager will be responsible for closely working with our local teams and directly with the fleet owners across EU and Africa to build up our relationship, planning demand & supply balance strategy and setting up targets to achieve cost efficiency and improve service quality.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Establish a comprehensive understanding of the current global B2B fleet owner landscape, including existing contracts, performance, challenges, and opportunities across all operating countries.
- Develop and implement a global B2B fleet account management strategy to optimize fleet partnerships, improve operational efficiency, and drive sustainable growth within the food delivery business.
- Create standardized processes and frameworks for B2B fleet account management, including onboarding, performance monitoring, communication protocols, and contract management, adaptable for local market nuances.
- Collaborate closely with local operations teams in each country to implement the global B2B fleet strategy, providing guidance, tools, and training to enhance their commercial mindset and B2B account management skills.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for B2B fleet partnerships, regularly reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement to senior management.
- Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key B2B fleet owners globally, acting as the central point of contact and ensuring mutual understanding of objectives and expectations.
- You have a significant involvement in defining and implementing B2B account management strategies at a regional or global level, with a track record of achieving measurable results.
- You have demonstrated success in managing and growing key B2B accounts, building strong relationships and exceeding mutual objectives.
- You have a strong commercial acumen and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, develop effective solutions, and drive business value through partnerships.
- You have excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders across different cultures and organizational levels.
- You have experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, ideally within logistics, delivery, or a similar industry with a reliance on external partnerships.
- You have a proven experience in platform business operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of how technology and partnerships drive growth and efficiency.
