About The Role

As an Operations Specialist, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local operations that you can see in real-time. If you’re ready to take full ownership of your work, disrupt the marketplace, and shape movement patterns in the urban landscape - here’s your chance!

You will be relying on relevant data to form business insights, spot potential for development, and recommend changes in the business to manage and grow supply and demand for our ride-hailing operations in Sweden, working closely with other cross-functional/HQ stakeholders to support our mission.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Hands-on partner (fleets) management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of partner acquisition, conversion, activation and retention.
  • Develop and execute initiatives to enhance the value proposition for fleets and drivers, increasing their engagement, and improve retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, product, and HQ operations) to align on business goals and to execute initiatives, projects, and strategies that drive growth and improve marketplace health, all while ensuring operational success.
  • Identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities on a local level that may impact the business.
  • Manage and maintain effective collaboration with external partners to ensure alignment, drive performance, and foster long-term relationships.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends, solve problems, and improve key metrics such as supply availability, retention, and driver satisfaction.


About you:

  • 2+ years experience in an operational, sales, or project management role.
  • Feluent (written and verbal) English and Swedish.
  • Relationship builder: Experience in building and maintaining strong professional relationships with business partners (fleets, drivers and other third-party partnerships).
  • You are skilled in data analysis using tools like Google Sheets.
  • Proactive and independent with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to combine long-term thinking with the ongoing work in the department.
  • Comfortable developing analytical and decision material (commercial business case for partnerships.
