You'll have the opportunity to build dashboards and reports that deliver valuable and actionable insights to our leaders.
This role offers exposure to various focus areas within HR, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

About The Role
As a People Analytics Intern, you will contribute to a range of projects and gain hands-on experience in initiatives that support and empower our People Leadership and Management Team. You'll have the opportunity to build dashboards and reports that deliver valuable and actionable insights to our leaders.
This role offers exposure to various focus areas within HR, including Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Collaborate cross-functionally with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and other teams across People & Workplace to gather business inputs and requirements, aligning on the most effective execution strategies.
- Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports leveraging HR data to support decision-making.
- Analyse and synthesise complex data sets to generate meaningful insights that inform people strategies and drive business impact..
- You are a people person and enjoy collaborating with others.
- You enjoy working with data and numbers and transforming them into stories.
- You are familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HR processes or HR data is a bonus, but eagerness to learn matters most!
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, are focused on finding solutions, while also paying close attention to detail.
