We are looking for an exceptional Group Product Manager to lead our Customer Subscription & Loyalty group. You’ll be responsible for our brand-new Bolt Plus programme, take the challenge of scaling it further, and obsess about new ways to engage customers with Bolt’s services across business verticals and all our markets.

Your daily adventures:

  • Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the Bolt’s customer subscription and loyalty programmes relevant across Rides, Bolt Food, Bolt Market, and other business verticals.
  • End-to-end ownership – from presenting a new business case to product launch and from the first customer to scale up across all our markets.
  • Take responsibility for P&L and growth-focused execution.
  • Set and deliver both short- and long-term roadmaps for your product group, aligned with the company’s goals, and hold the team accountable for meeting them.
  • Keep everyone in the loop by clearly communicating strategy and product updates to internal teams, senior leadership, and C-level executives.
  • Contribute to the growth strategy for each business vertical and across Bolt.

What we expect:

  • You have 10+ years of product management experience with 3+ years at a senior level where you delivered on a strategy you crafted and were accountable for the outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen; you are very analytical, quantify the impact of business decisions on the P&L, and can operate under uncertainty.
  • Experience owning the P&L and setting up relevant business processes is a plus.
  • Great team player with strong written and verbal communication skills; you can simplify complex concepts into universally understood business narratives and build great partnerships across functions and geographies.
  • Degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields; proficient English.
