We are looking for a customer-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organised Operations Coordinator to support our Azerbaijan ride-hailing operations. You will be responsible for the daily functions that are at the core of the business locally where you work, this will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality, and compliance. You’ll be part of a high-performing team including Operations Coordinators, Operations Specialists, Team Leads, and the Operations Manager.

About The Role
You'll play a hands-on role in the daily operations that directly shape supply growth and compliance in our Azerbaijan operations.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Onboard and train new drivers to Bolt’s platform
- Verify, maintain, organize and audit driver and vehicle documentation
- Respond to driver issues both in-person and over email promptly
- Find resolutions to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email promptly
- Work closely with the local operations teams to streamline relevant processes
- Support the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality, and compliance
- You have some experience in operations coordination or customer service.
- You're a great communicator and are able to explain complex things simply.
- You have great attention to detail and can spot problems quickly.
- You’re able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- You have excellent spoken and written English and Azerbaijani.
- You’re customer-focused and care about delivering great customer experiences.
