About The Role
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you'll take ownership of compliance, fines, customer feedback, and communication with authorities. You'll improve processes, reduce risks, and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for hiring and managing a team of Operations Coordinators, ensuring their work is efficiently organised, providing them with training and guidance, and supporting their development. You'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.

About The Role
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you'll take ownership of compliance, fines, customer feedback, and communication with authorities. You'll improve processes, reduce risks, and ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for hiring and managing a team of Operations Coordinators, ensuring their work is efficiently organised, providing them with training and guidance, and supporting their development. You'll work closely with the Senior Operations Manager and HQ teams, including Customer Support, Central Operations, Legal and Marketing, to address any issues related to operations or products.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of Operations Coordinator and providing them with regular feedback for their development.
- Leading communication with external authorities, including police, courts, and municipalities, ensuring timely and accurate handling of legal matters, fines, and other official correspondence.
- Overseeing debt collection and legal case handling in coordination with internal teams.
- Gathering and analysing customer feedback to identify recurring issues and implement data-driven process improvements that enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Streamlining operations by creating and optimising standardised processes to increase efficiency and resolve operational challenges.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations and keeping relevant stakeholders informed of any changes or updates to avoid potential risks.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Operations, Customer Support, Analytics or a related field (a degree is an advantage) and previous experience coordinating a team
- You’re fluent in English and the local language, a great collaborator, and you can easily network with people of various backgrounds..
- You’re interested in new technologies and shared mobility and understand vehicle maintenance and repair processes well.
- You possess good analytical skills and experience working with software like Excel or Google Sheets.
- You're a detail-oriented problem solver who takes responsibility for your work but can delegate tasks.
- You're capable of working independently and possess strong prioritisation and time management skills.
