About The Role
As a Source-to-Pay Solution Manager, you will be part of the Finance Platform team, working closely with Bolt's Procurement, Accounting, and Controlling teams. Your primary focus will be implementing, optimizing, and supporting source-to-pay solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance across Bolt.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support implementation from a technology perspective of a new solution for Source-to-Pay (S2P) and other procurement-related areas (such as CLM).
- Act as the technical owner of the S2P solution during implementation and ongoing support.
- Understand the needs of system users and set a long-term vision for the continual advancement of the S2P system.
- Collaborate with other technical and business teams to ensure the S2P solution aligns with current and future sourcing, procurement, purchasing, and invoicing processes within the organization.
- Work with stakeholders (e.g., procurement, finance, legal teams) to identify key features or improvements that drive efficiency and value through advanced technologies such as Artificial Intelligence
- At least 2-4 years of experience in implementing and maturing company-wide internal IT solutions (preferably in procurement or finance areas).
- You are excited about working with stakeholders and users. You step into their shoes, understand their needs, and find the most effective solutions for them.
- You are data-driven, making decisions based on data while also using your professional judgment.
- You act like an owner: managing your priorities, backlog, and continuously aligning with teams impacting your work.
