We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Assistant to the SVP of Growth. In this role, you'll help drive key projects across the marketing and adjacent domains.

About The Role

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Assist the SVP in daily operations, manage priorities, and oversee projects.
- Drive key cross-domain projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery of objectives.
- Manage domains’ internal communication, and oversee quarterly and annual planning.
- Analyze business data and translate it into actionable decisions.
- Understand and improve workflows, processes, and documentation.
- Partner with the People team to support employee satisfaction and efficient recruiting.
- You have 3 to 5 years in technical or executive support roles.
- You have a technical background with project management expertise..
- You are a clear communicator and effective problem-solver.
- You are passionate about tech and customer-first products.
- You are able to curate a high-output culture, track key results, and improve team accountability.
