About The Role
The main objective of this position is to lead programs within the Efficiency domain to drive process standardisation and ensure the cost efficiency of operations. This individual has a strong understanding of process design, leverages program management, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals while maintaining operational efficiency and process/data integrity. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead the Hub Management program to ensure efficiency in the opening, managing and closing of our hub locations dedicated to supporting our partner drivers. Ensure processes and tooling are built or sourced to support data and process integrity and automations.
- Lead the discovery of and manage other programs to standardise operational processes and build relevant tooling to ensure the speed, quality and cost efficiency of the operational workflows in the Rides vertical.
- Define the benchmark of operations within your programs by proposing relevant levers (standardisation, automation, elimination, centralisation, outsourcing etc).
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), design process flows and establish tooling to support said procedures. Conduct process audits where necessary.
- Coordinate the program work streams cross-functionally and build collaborative relationships with Internal Audit, Internal IT, Driver X Product, CS Product, Global Outsourcing, Country Operations, Driver Lifecycle Communications, Customer Service, Central Operations growth domains, third party vendors and any other teams that are relevant stakeholders in the program.
- Develop program plans that are aligned with the domain’s main KPIs (Processing cost per GMV, processing TAT, processing costs, automation coverage, automation rates, process quality) and program KPIs.
- You have 5+ years previous experience in program management or a related field and a proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- You have demonstrated expertise in working with Operational Excellence tools and problem solving methodologies to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and drive continuous improvement.
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with great Excel skills.
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
- You are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, ability to take initiative, learn quickly, and think independently.
