About The Role

Reporting to the Transfer Pricing Director, Bolt is looking for a passionate Transfer Pricing Manager to join our Tax Team. The role will be part of the Tax function and will help manage all Transfer Pricing matters affecting our business. Some of these include tax modeling, documentation, and developing/ implementation of tax procedures.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • TP compliance - Support global TP projects from design to implementation in close collaboration with the rest of the Tax Team. You will support the team in transfer pricing documentation, returns, intercompany agreements and related deliverables.
  • Provide excellent and timely TP support to our business verticals - Covering all related TP issues with a focus on reviewing and determining the TP set-up for various countries where we do business. The objective is optimising the cost of tax on our P&L while always being fully TP compliant and paying our fair share of tax - in line with the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS and local rules and regulations in the countries in which Bolt operates.
  • TP audits - Manage any TP requests as part of tax audits in close collaboration with the rest of the Tax Team.
  • Financial Audit - Support analysis of Uncertain Tax Positions linked with TP to ensure accurate information in our Financial Statements.
  • Cooperate with Accounting and Finance Teams in all matters of relevance for TP compliance, and ensuring that TP policies are accounted for correctly in our Group books, as part of the year-end closing, and local financial statements.
  • Manage external service providers - oversee TP compliance providers and liaise with our statutory auditors on TP matters.


About you:

  • You have a minimum 6 years experience working in industry and/or consultancy with emphasis on working with multinational groups. Work experience from digital business is a plus but not an absolute requirement.
  • You have excellent understanding and experience in dealing with international taxation and transfer pricing, OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS and local rules and regulations in the countries where Bolt is present. Some experience dealing with TP matters in APAC and Americas countries is a plus.
  • You have a good general accounting/finance skills and experience. Experience with financial systems (ERP, consolidation tools and management reporting tools) is a plus.
  • You have relevant education such as lawyer, CPA, economist or education from tax administration or any combination thereof.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relations with internal stakeholders and teams in a multicultural global entrepreneurial environment.
