We are looking for an experienced Execution Analyst to help us scale our grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Rides vertical.

About The Role

As an Execution Analyst, you will help grow to grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Rides vertical. Your ability to understand specific market context, assist in projection execution during different deals stages would be key attributes for your success in the role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Engaging with key stakeholders (such as country and regional management) on developing organic and inorganic business cases across the mobility spectrum;
• Assisting in the execution of complex and cross border investment related to our Rides vertical growth;
• Being an active member of defining new opportunities and deal flow as part of the Business Development team;
• Engaging with the rest of the Execution team in discussions with potential partners, co-investors and financial institutions;
• Participating in the execution and financial modelling high impact transactions including partnerships, new ventures and other structured investments that catalyze our strategic roadmap such as: OEM and vehicle financing partnerships, captive structures investments and financing (across EMEA, Asia, Americas), electrification related investments across markets;
• Traveling 10-20% of the time depending on the projects in the pipeline.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in investment banking, structured finance, VC space or corporate development;
• You have strong analytical, presentation and modeling skills;
• You have thorough and succinct analysis skills;
• You have uncompromising attention to detail and sense of ownership;
• You are a driven person, who know how to pace themselves and have fun.
