We are seeking a talented marketer to join our marketing team, who will be responsible for ideating and planning driver and rider-facing marketing campaigns like online and offline acquisition, as well as long-term strategic marketing plans and pilots.

About The Role

The marketing manager will be working closely with our Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to plan and implement marketing campaigns to acquire, engage, and retain new drivers and riders. We’re looking for someone with a strong ambition to move things forward while being curious to uncover new high-ROI channels and drive B2B and B2C initiatives to engage thousands of people.

It’s an exciting once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be directly impacting our business growth by creating new global processes and launching new marketing campaigns.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Increase Bolt’s brand visibility and affinity among Drivers.
  • Coordinate go-to-market initiatives for Drivers and Riders across functions.
  • Develop market research, business cases, and marketing strategies for driver acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Optimize and scale acquisition through online ads and web presence.
  • Analyze campaign efficiency to ensure positive ROI and oversee offline initiatives.
  • Document best practices and share insights with the team.


About you:

  • You have 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and online user acquisition outside of an agency setting.
  • You have a proven ability to identify business opportunities, build cases, and engage key stakeholders.
  • You have experience in performance marketing, social media, copywriting, and email communications.
  • You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and marketing KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPI, cLTV, ROI).
  • You have a data-driven and customer-centric approach to campaign tracking and analysis.
  • You have a proactive mindset, strong collaboration skills, excellent copywriting and communication in English.
