About The Role
The Program Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing program execution and driving success. This individual leverages strong program area expertise, fosters collaboration across functions and leads a program team to achieve their goals. They are responsible for developing and managing program plans, mitigating risks, adapting to changing circumstances and ensuring measurable results.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead a Safety program and coordinate with stakeholders cross-functionally.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Country Operations, Engineering, Public Policy, Marketing and any other teams that are relevant stakeholders in the program.
- Provide visibility into the program’s metrics and initiatives progress on a regular cadence and ensure alignment with strategic goals of the vertical.
- Manage work streams of projects led by the Central Safety team that are aligned towards domain KPIs.
- Develop program plans aligned with established objectives and continuously monitor performance for efficiency improvement opportunities.
- Continuously review program performance and pivot accordingly if results are not delivered or roadblocks are faced.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in Safety Operations or Trust & Safety, and Project/Program Management, with exposure to policy development, model training, and/or risk assessment.
- Self-driven who can take ownership and execute independently.
- Subject Matter Expertise in one of the following: user authenticity, fraudulent behavior detection & control, behavioral change topics.
- Experience managing projects linked to automation and development of AI models for risk detection.
- Data management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
