About The Role
This is a pivotal role in leading and driving the growth of Bolt’s Low-Cost Categories. As Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for introducing and adopting innovative strategies, incorporating market trends, and ensuring the low-cost segment evolves in alignment with Bolt’s broader business objectives. Leveraging data insights, program area expertise, and strategic thinking, you will work to improve the user experience and value proposition for low-cost categories.
You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide program managers to ensure seamless execution and delivery that exceeds business expectations. A key focus will be driving initiatives that adapt to dynamic market conditions, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth.

About The Role

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions, foster cross-functional collaboration, and guide program managers to ensure seamless execution and delivery that exceeds business expectations. A key focus will be driving initiatives that adapt to dynamic market conditions, ensuring competitiveness and sustainable growth.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Identify, scope, prioritise, and drive strategic initiatives to ensure category growth, enhance the value proposition, and improve user engagement in the low-cost segment.
- Creation and dissemination of playbooks for effective category management in different regions, ensuring scalability and consistency.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of programs by collaborating with key stakeholders, including local teams and central departments such as product, marketing, and operations.
- Take ownership of key low-cost category metrics, including GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) and contribution margin, ensuring the program delivers on its financial and operational targets.
- Contribute towards innovative pricing strategies and cost-effective service models that ensure market competitiveness while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Minimum 7 years of experience working in program management or a related field.
- Experience in managing multi-country programs, with a proven ability to navigate and adapt to various market conditions and regulatory environments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on scaling programs efficiently and sustainably.
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive program execution and alignment with business goals.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with a focus on leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions and drive program success.
