We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager in the Rides Product organization to drive the development and execution of a product vision, strategy, and roadmap at a domain level to deliver high-quality products that meet user and business needs.
In Rides, we work on products that allow millions of people to move around cities daily and enable our partners to make a sustainable living. We’re focused on continuous improvement of our ride-hailing service, which, in turn, will improve the lives of our riders and drivers. Rides Marketplace is key for achieving this - looking after the value proposition of both sides of our business - riders and drivers through our portfolio of pricing and matching products. This role can be based in Tallinn or Berlin.
You will have a hands-on role in shaping Bolt's growing mobility ecosystem.

About The Role
As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for delivering improvements across Marketplace Quality, trying to provide a better experience for our customers. In this role, you will champion the interests of drivers and riders by ensuring we deliver a competitive marketplace with robust quality controls, fostering a seamless experience that aligns with our requirements, and business goals.
We’re looking for someone who is able to contribute directly to the group’s strategy and define measurable success metrics at the P&L level. You will have a solid understanding of our two sided marketplace, define, test, and implement systems and incentives to improve the quality of our marketplace. You will take ownership of cross-functional project delivery, implementation, and ongoing improvements across the ride-hailing business.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace Quality in alignment with country specific regulatory requirements
- Designing experiments and initiatives to improve marketplace performance and conversion that relate to quality, balancing the needs of riders and drivers.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, etc.) to drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
- Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure product success and iterating on improvements based on insights.
- Leading and facilitating product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
- Aligning the stakeholders across product, operations, and tech about what is being built and why.
- You possess proven experience as a senior product manager or in a related role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company
- You have a strong understanding of two sided marketplace dynamics, including quality metrics, incentive structures, and user behavior optimization
- You have demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in similar domains
- You are business-savvy - hands-on with the basics behind business models.
- You have superb communication and leadership skills, ability to decompose complex solutions and insights into a simple narrative for a versatile cross-functional organization.
- You have very fluent verbal and written English.
