We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, focused on Corporate Functions.

About The Role
As Senior Recruiter, you'll lead global talent acquisition efforts, partnering with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with business goals. You'll manage end-to-end recruitment for complex, senior, and global roles, driving a data-driven approach to optimize processes and deliver excellent hiring outcomes.
Drive recruitment for senior, complex, and global roles, leveraging data to enhance efficiency, support talent acquisition strategies, and ensure a positive experience for hiring managers and candidates while meeting productivity and DEI goals.
You will recruit for Corporate Functions roles (including Legal, Finance, and Operations), across multiple countries.

You will recruit for Corporate Functions roles (including Legal, Finance, and Operations), across multiple countries.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
- Use data and metrics to track and optimize recruiting effectiveness.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for complex roles, from sourcing to closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Maintain a diverse talent pipeline and enhance employer branding.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- You have 5+ years of experience in global recruitment and senior-level stakeholder management.
- You have proven success sourcing and hiring top talent across functions and geographies.
- You have strong knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and channels (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- You have excellent data analysis, communication, and consulting skills.
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
- You have a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
