We are looking for an experienced Senior Regional People Partner to play a crucial role in collaborating with in-country managers of Romania, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria, driving business results and enabling people strategies within these countries.

About The Role
As a Senior Regional People Partner leading a team of two People Advisors based in Romania and Croatia, you will be responsible for aligning people initiatives, as well as implementing tactical and operational People initiatives aligned with Bolt’s overall People strategies, to managers in order to help improve team performance across the countries supported. Collaboration with people centres of expertise and other stakeholders is essential for driving operational excellence in the respective markets. This involves identifying key themes from local teams through data analysis and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective manager and employee experiences, while implementing people objectives aligned with the relevant country business strategy.

About The Role
As a Senior Regional People Partner leading a team of two People Advisors based in Romania and Croatia, you will be responsible for aligning people initiatives, as well as implementing tactical and operational People initiatives aligned with Bolt’s overall People strategies, to managers in order to help improve team performance across the countries supported. Collaboration with people centres of expertise and other stakeholders is essential for driving operational excellence in the respective markets. This involves identifying key themes from local teams through data analysis and stakeholder engagement to ensure effective manager and employee experiences, while implementing people objectives aligned with the relevant country business strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Develops and fosters strong stakeholder relationships by providing HR thought partnership, coaching, and data analysis at a country level of Romania, Croatia, Slovenia and Bulgaria
- Manages and implements various People initiatives through local leaders and managers across the full range of People topics (including, but not limited to; ER, performance management, succession planning, organisational design, employee engagement, D&I programs, exit interviews, compensation reviews, talent management, etc) ensuring there is a standard level of support for leaders and managers in the country that is aligned with set global guidelines for a People Partner
- Contributes to management coaching initiatives and team building to support leadership growth within the countries supported, in alignment with the Regional People Strategy
- Takes the lead on employee relations issues and in-country employee unions, ensuring compliance with local labour laws
- Collaborates with the relevant People team supporting their countries to ensure high service delivery, well-being, and growth of employees
- Establishes robust relationships with colleagues across various People teams to implement solutions required to bring value to employees within their countries, while ensuring business impact is considered in all solutions
- You will ideally have around 5 - 7 years of experience at a similar level within a geographically relevant location (predominantly Romania with any of the other listed countries)
- You possess strong English communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, experience in leading a diverse team, and excel at networking and relationship-building.
- You are great at handling ER cases and have strong ER and labour law knowledge
- You have expertise in talent management, appraisals and planning
- Your hands-on work demonstrates a high level of initiative in actively seeking solutions to problems and a strong sense of ownership.
- You have a talent for consistency, educating managers, and ensuring compliance on people processes & leadership topics
