We are seeking a Global Enterprise Partnerships Manager to join Bolt Food’s Central Merchant team as we aim to grow the Bolt Food business 10x over the next few years.

About The Role

The Central Merchant team is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds, working closely to establish the foundations needed to scale our operations globally across the following functions: Sales Operations, Commercial Enablement, Merchant Success, and Enterprise Partnerships.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in building Bolt Food’s Enterprise Partnerships function, collaborating directly with the C-suite of some of the world’s largest brands. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing business development opportunities to expand selection and drive transaction growth with our partners through acquisitions, exclusivities, and other financing initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is a genuine and proactive team player, comfortable navigating ambiguity and addressing business challenges using a data-driven and structured approach. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously, and strong prioritization skills are essential for success in this role.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Identify Strategic Opportunities: Identify and pursue financial opportunities with new and existing large partners on the Bolt Food platform to maximize revenue generation.
  • Drive Merchant Success: Lead the creation and execution of joint business plans, renegotiate contractual terms, and foster long-term success for all parties involved.
  • Empower Growth: Collaborate with teams to drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives. Negotiate impactful agreements with prominent global merchants to strengthen partnerships and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Master Data Analysis: With every order, 20 additional data points are generated. An analytical thinker with a strong data-driven mindset is needed to effectively leverage this information.
  • Monitor Market Trends: Identify emerging markets and shifts in market dynamics while staying informed about new products and the competitive landscape.


About you:

  • You have demonstrated experience in managing large partnerships or working in corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A) is essential..
  • You have experience in global commercial teams with a focus on enterprise customer success and sales.
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field would represent an advantage.
  • You have strong problem-solving capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel are required.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • You are willing to travel extensively across markets in Europe and Africa and relocate to Estonia.
