You will have full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyse quantitative & qualitative data from various sources, while defining and executing the strategy.

About The Role
As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be involved in managing our business operations, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders and ultimately taking ownership as a marketplace manager. You will have full ownership of metrics and forecasts, analyse quantitative & qualitative data from various sources, while defining and executing the strategy.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Constantly review core metrics, forming bonds with key partners and executing your supply-, demand- and investment strategy.
- Create, optimise or even remove processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the smoothest way to run operations, solve challenges where others turn away, and influence the way Bolt is going into the future
- Hands-on supply management - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of driver and fleet acquisition, conversion, activation and retention.
- Taking over own projects which contribute to our overall market performance and operational efficiency with the main goal to get Bolt rides in Taiwan to the next level.
- You have 2+ years of experience Operations, Startup or other relevant organisations, ideally with experience in analytic tasks.
- You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in Mandarin and English.
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills, yet are not afraid to get your hands dirty if needed.
- You have a strong motivation to solve problems creatively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen our value proposition to ensure supply growth
