We are looking for a sharp, highly organized Operations Coordinator to support our France ride-hailing operations.

To note: this position is a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be leading operational functions and simplifying existing tools to optimize current processes in our Vehicle team and help ensure more engagement from the supply, through various projects related to cars and driver performances.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Leading the setup of operations to generate leads for Bolt supply engagement and vehicle projects.
• Acquiring and converting leads to participants into Bolt supply engagement & vehicle projects.
• Measuring vehicles project’s performance through KPI’s analysis.
• Automating and simplifying current vehicle processes and setting up existing ones.
• Managing operations reports and tasks daily.
• Optimizing driver experience and supporting through relevant tools, processes, and a field presence.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• You have 1-3 years of experience in an analytical or operations position.
• You have native-level French skills.
• You're a great communicator - strong stakeholder management skills.
• You have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel/Google Sheets skills).
• You are a team player. You are reliable and your teammates can count on you.
