We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly-organized Operations Coordinator to support our Slovak Ride-hailing operations!

As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are central to the local business and your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality and compliance.
You will be working closely with a high-achieving team, along with the Operations Specialists and/or the Operations Manager, actively contributing to the success of Bolt's Ride-hailing services on the Slovak market.

About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily functions that are central to the local business and your work will have a direct impact on supply growth, quality and compliance.
You will be working closely with a high-achieving team, along with the Operations Specialists and/or the Operations Manager, actively contributing to the success of Bolt's Ride-hailing services on the Slovak market.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Verifying, maintaining, organizing and auditing driver and vehicle documentation.
- Responding to fleet driver and fleet owner issues with appropriate resolutions both in-person and over email, promptly.
- Working closely with the local operations teams to streamline relevant processes.
- Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, branding and fleet operations.
- You are an ambitious fresh graduate or you have 1+ years of working experience in Operations, Customer Service or other relevant fields.
- You have excellent communication skills, verbal and written, in both English and either Slovak or Czech.
- You have a data-driven, analytical mindset, and you are comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
- You are driven and resilient, ready to tackle challenges and keep going no matter what the day brings.
- You are passionate about new technologies and enthusiastic about ride-hailing.
