We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join us as a Key Account Manager, successfully driving and expanding Bolt Rides' strategic partnerships in Portugal.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Manage the key partnerships at Bolt Rides and create new business opportunities.
- Drive top-line revenue growth by overseeing the partnerships.
- Analyze key performance metrics to derive actionable insights and drive improvements in fleets.
- Engage in the negotiation process of partnerships and act as a lead contributor.
- Create engagement strategies for key partners and collaborate with local and central departments to implement them.
- You have a data-driven mindset and approach projects methodically, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in either an operational position or account management.
- You are a strong collaborator and negotiator with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Portuguese.
- You are highly analytical, with strong skills in interpreting and presenting data to support effective decision-making.
- You are proactive and show strong initiative, with the ability to identify business opportunities, create actionable plans, and drive their execution effectively.
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.
- You are social. You can easily network with people of all backgrounds.
