We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to manage the supply in our Azerbaijan ride-hailing operations.

About The Role

As an Operations Coordinator, you will have a direct and tangible impact on local ride-hailing operations that you can see in real-time. You will be working closely with the Operations team where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Supporting all of Bolt’s business operations in Azerbaijan.
• Resolving and responding to fleet owner issues and questions both in-person and over email/phone.
• Supporting the local operations teams in local initiatives that contribute to supply growth, quality and compliance.
• Analyzing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilization metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Customer Support, Central Operations and Product.
• Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
  
  

About you:

• You have 1+ years of experience in a project management/analytical position.
• You are experienced with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions.
• You have native level Azeri and excellent spoken and written English skills.
• You have attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving.
• You are able to proactively address potential issues.
