About The Role
You will enable and help grow a portfolio of strategic initiatives across the Rides vertical. Your ability to understand specific market context, maintain a strong network of potential partners and project manage deals throughout their life cycle including implementation would be key attributes for your success in the role.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Leading discussion with key stakeholders (such as country and regional management) on developing organic and inorganic business cases across the mobility spectrum;
- Heading the execution of complex and cross border investment related to our Rides vertical growth;
- Leading the execution team within the Business development organization and manage the team staffing and prioritization;
- Engaging and lead strategic discussions with potential partners, co-investors and financial institutions;
- Executing high impact transactions including partnerships, new ventures and other structured investments that catalyze our strategic roadmap such as: OEM and vehicle financing partnerships, captive structures investments and financing (across EMEA, Asia, Americas), Electrification related investments across markets;
- Traveling 10-20% of the time depending on the projects in the pipeline.
- You have more than 7 years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, VC space or corporate development;
- You have solid analytical, presentation and modeling skills;
- You have uncompromising attention to detail and sense of ownership;
- You are a driven person, who knows how to pace yourself and have fun;
- Knowledge on tech & mobility industry is an advantage.
