We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Operations Coordinator to manage supply in our Spain ride-hailing operations.

About The Role
You will be responsible for growing supply while maintaining and improving on supply quality, performance and compliance.
You will be working closely with the Operations Specialists and Managers where your work will have a direct impact on the business growth through achieving supply milestones and key metrics.
Full-time position.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Hands-on supply management in Spain - working autonomously and taking initiatives through the stages of fleet and driver acquisition, activation and engagement.
- Designing and creating internal and external comms.
- Supporting our CS team with fleet and driver concerns and suggestions.
- Developing and executing strategies/initiatives to increase our operational efficiency and solve relevant operational challenges.
- Supporting Operations Specialists and Managers on city and countrywide strategic projects.
- You are graduated in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering and you have 1-2 years experience.
- You have excellent communication skills in English & Spanish.
- You are customer-oriented and will strive to strengthen your driver value proposition to ensure supply growth.
- You are data-driven analytical mindset and skills and you have advanced Excel skills.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, being detail-oriented and well organised.
- You are a hands-on - Someone who is not afraid of operational tasks, rolling up their sleeves and getting things done – no task can be beneath you
