We seek a customer-focused and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support our ride-hailing operations in Azerbaijan Sumqayit. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be crucial in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Onboard new drivers onto Bolt's platform.
- Verify, maintain, organize, and audit driver and vehicle documentation.
- Address driver issues and queries in person and via email, finding effective resolutions.
- Support local operations teams in initiatives that drive supply growth and compliance.
- Engage with driver communities through events and ongoing communication.
- Share regional insights with the Operations Specialist and/or Operations Manager.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
- Excellent communication and strong analytical skills, capable of simplifying complex issues.
- Strong customer focus with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Keen attention to detail and ability to quickly identify problems and good spoken and written English.
- Familiarity with computer tools and recognized as trustworthy.
- A background in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required.
