About The Role
As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the daily functions that impact supply growth and compliance.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Supporting Bolt's operations in Greece
- Verifying, maintaining, organizing and auditing driver and vehicle documentation
- Finding resolutions to driver issues and questions both in-person and over email
- Analyzing data – you will monitor our engagement, quality and utilization metrics and ensure a great experience for our users and drivers.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with other departments - Customer Support, Central Operations and Product
- Creating and optimizing processes – efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations.
- Supporting the operations teams in ad hoc initiatives that contribute to supply growth and compliance
- You have 2+ years of professional experience ideally in operations or analytical field
- You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset with excellent Excel skills
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach
- You have great attention to detail and possess good problem-solving skills
- You’re able to stay calm and focused under pressure
- You have excellent spoken and written English and Greek
