The Sales Inbound Manager plays a vital role in overseeing and optimizing the inbound sales processes within Bolt Business. This position is responsible for attracting, engaging, and converting potential customers who express interest in the Bolt Business services through various inbound channels. The Sales Inbound Manager works closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to sales conversion
Your daily adventures will include:
- Inbound Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and refine inbound sales strategies that align with Bolt Business’ sales goals
- Lead Qualification: Establish criteria for lead qualification and work with the sales team to prioritise and distribute leads effectively
- Lead Response: Monitor and ensure a prompt and personalised response to inbound leads, whether via email, chat, or phone.
- CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce to track, manage, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Sales Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team across the globe, providing them with qualified leads and ensuring a smooth handover of leads for sales conversion.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on inbound sales performance, including lead-to-conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment.
- Lead Scoring: Develop lead scoring models to identify high-value leads and assist the sales team in focusing their efforts effectively.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve inbound sales processes to maximize efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
- Inbound Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the inbound sales team, setting goals and providing guidance to ensure their success.
- Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and support inbound marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with the sales strategy.
About you:
- Proven experience in inbound sales, with a focus on B2B sales environments.
- Strong understanding of inbound sales methodologies and tools, including lead scoring and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in sales analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, both written and verbal.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
- Familiarity with sales technology and software, including CRM platforms, sales automation tools, and reporting systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, especially with marketing and customer support departments.
