We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to be a central part of the operational side of the Customer Support team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of data analytics, fueling growth, optimizing operations, and improving current analytical processes. The Senior Data Analyst will be a strategic partner to numerous internal and cross-functional teams, supporting them with analytical and strategic guidance.

About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst in Customer Support, you excel in data analysis and statistical modeling, proficiently processing, and analyzing large datasets. Your strong communication skills enable you to effectively share insights with stakeholders. With solid business acumen, you analyze customer support metrics, identify trends, and develop reports or dashboards for various teams, helping to improve customer service processes and procedures.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer support metrics.
  • Identifying trends or patterns in customer issues.
  • Developing reports or dashboards for the CS and other teams.
  • Suggesting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the CS Operations Team.
  • Providing insights to improve customer service processes and procedures.
  • Enabling external supplier's Data Analysts with required data feeds and reporting guides.
  • Implement data quality assurance practices to ensure accuracy and reliability of analysis.
  • Working with financial data.


About you:

  • Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or Business.
  • At least 3 years of experience dealing with large volumes of data.
  • Outstanding SQL skills and a solid grasp of Python/R for data analysis.
  • Fluent with at least one of the BI tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, DataStudio, Metabase, etc) and data visualization in general.
  • Experience in consulting or a fast-growth company.
  • Strong collaborator with excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
