We're seeking a dynamic, very hands-on and visionary General Manager to join our thriving Bolt Food team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to lead the team and further develop, own, and manage our Food Delivery business across Croatia.

As the General Manager, you'll oversee and drive our business operations in Croatia, guiding the team through evolving challenges. Your primary focus will be on fostering a cohesive team, swiftly adapting to opportunities in the food delivery business, and leading with a hands-on approach. You'll thrive here if you're a creative thinker, skilled at generating business ideas and effectively building compelling cases for them. Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and guide Bolt Food business in Croatia, emphasizing team development and adaptability
• Assume responsibility for the P&L, steering revenue growth, ensuring profitability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Establish and expand operational processes, particularly concentrating on team development, refining sales strategies, and enhancing account management.
• Define and achieve OKRs, prioritizing growth, adaptability, and satisfaction among stakeholders (customers, restaurants, couriers).
• Utilize data analysis to optimize operational and financial performance, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every step.
• Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager and HQ teams to tackle operational challenges and bolster product efficiency.
  
  
  

About you:

• You embrace the concept of continuous improvement and have a knack for turning it into a reality.
• You're adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously, organizing work effectively, and ensuring an enjoyable journey along the way.
• You have over 5 years of experience in roles focused on business development, entrepreneurial background, operations management, or general management. You understand marketplace dynamics and there is an entrepreneurial spirit in you.
• You demonstrate a data-driven, analytical mindset, with excellent proficiency in tools like Google Sheets and Excel.
• You exhibit strong leadership qualities, emphasizing team collaboration, exceptional negotiation skills, and fluency in both English and Croatian languages.
• You showcase a proven track record in team management, with a focus on team growth and development.
