We're looking for a passionate and technical Group Product Manager to drive Bolt's product strategy for user services across all businesses (Rides, Micromobility, Drive, Market, Food and Business). As the leader of our User Services group, you'll own the long-term product strategy for all your services, align it with our business strategies, set profit and loss goals, and measure the impact of your entire group. You will continually drive the professional development of your direct reports.
As an influencer, you will build strong partnerships with all of our business units, as well as cross-functional stakeholders from operations and engineering, and shape their strategy and decision-making. You’ll identify opportunities, suggest improvements across our business, and take ownership of implementation.

About The Role

You’ll identify opportunities, suggest improvements across our business, and take ownership of implementation.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Define and execute vision and strategy for shared user services across all businesses (Rides, Micromobility, Drive, Market, Food and Business).
- Maintain strong discipline in defining the key quality/cost trade-offs of your user services (user intelligence, user authentication, user profiles, user communication) and iterate using data insights.
- Collaborate with our business stakeholders to discover new innovative services and drive product development through all stages from concept to launch.
- Identify where technology can reduce friction in operational processes or user flows to improve customer experience and efficiency across the company.
- Lead a cross-functional team across product, engineering, and operations—to deliver the best quality at the best cost for our 100M+ customers—and educate on strategy and roadmap alignment.
- Provide continuous feedback to your team, enable their growth, and guide them in building world-class product management skills.
- You are a passionate product leader, preferably in a top tech company, where you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.
- You have successfully launched and scaled deep tech products.
- You have exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work with our cross-functional teams, and you are fluent in English..
- You can break down complex systems and processes into simple narratives for a best-in-class user experience from both an operational and customer perspective.
- You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on mindset.
