We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride hailing and food delivery businesses. The position would be based from our office in Accra, Ghana.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Support Bolt’s Food & Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our apps. The support queries would be from different channels such as phone, email, chat or social media
  • Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience
  • Create loyal fans by showing them we really care
  • Working closely with stakeholders to bring about ideas that would improve the quality of our services


About you:

  • You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mille
  • You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities
  • You are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping others
  • You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
  • You are fluent in English and a local language
  • You are a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
  • Basic Google Sheet knowledge is plus
