We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Team Lead to own the Ride hailing Malaysia market and lead a team of customer support specialists locally.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for owning the Ride hailing Malaysia market customer support function and leading a team of customer support specialists locally.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Solving customer issues and making it feel easy so customers continue to use our products and services
  • Contributing to your peer's success through collaboration, creativity, and giving critical constructive feedback
  • Identifying problems and opportunities to support our purpose and initiate, own, and contribute to solutions
  • Working closely with different stakeholders to ensure that the Malaysia market delivers results
  • Analyzing data to uncover gaps and improvement areas
  • Readiness to lead a team of Customer Support Specialists and ensure their growth and motivation.


About you:

  • You are Fluent in written and spoken English and Malay
  • You have experience of thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a passionate, people-oriented person who is an excellent communicator
  • You are great at making data-driven and metric-driven decisions
  • You have significant focus on project and stakeholder management
  • You have excellent coaching skills to get people to deliver great results
