As a Warehouse Specialist, you will be part of the central operations team and report to the Maintenance & Warehouse Manager.

About The Role

The role has full ownership for the global warehouse processes where they will drive safety, consistency and efficiency in our operations while maintaining a high standard of quality. Also, this role will require analyses on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization. You will be working closely with our local operations, as well as with HQ teams such as Hardware, Product, & Legal.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Support the warehouse teams through defining precise operational processes with a focus to strong operational execution and results;
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across our operations to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for optimization;
• Advise and closely collaborate with operations across the globe, as well as HQ teams such as Hardware, Product & Legal;
• Develop and implement standardized operational processes, procedures, training and best practices to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations;
• Initiate and execute global operations improvements projects.
  
  
  

About you:

• You have 0-2 years experience in an operational and/or entrepreneurial position
• We are open to young graduated profiles with ideally a degree in business, supply chain, logistics or analytics (possibility of doing an internship)
• You have experience in project management.
• You are highly analytical and have a data-driven mindset who enjoys performing analyses.
• You are a strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• You are high on empathy and can deal with various stakeholders simultaneously.
• You have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach.You thrive in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable with developing analytical and decision frameworks to support your strategies and decisions.
