We are looking for a new Senior Manager Rewards, Benefits who will work closely with the business leaders and People team to be a trusted advisor on all benefits-related matters.

About The Role

As the Senior Manager Rewards, Benefits you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits program that supports the well-being of employees, aligns with company culture and remains competitive in the tech industry.

You will lead the strategic direction and drive the execution of the company’s global benefits offering and will ensure that all benefit programs are compliant, cost-effective, competitive, sustainable, and have a positive impact on attracting and retaining top talent in the workplace. You will work closely with the People team, setting up the framework and guiding benefits implementation in different Regions and Countries.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design, implementation and plan administration of Bolt’s global benefits offerings - health, recognition and other employee benefits.
  • Conduct benefits needs analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure benefits are competitive and meet employee needs.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand local benefit needs and external market competitiveness of Bolt’s global benefits offerings; while providing expertise or guidance around the design and execution of global or local programs.
  • Manage relationships with benefits vendors and brokers, ensuring services meet company standards and cost-effectiveness.
  • In cooperation with the People Analytics team, prepare and deliver people analytics that enable business decisions to be made with the insight needed regarding benefits trends and local market standards.
  • Partner with finance analyst on creating final budgets; provide key input as an SME.

About you:

  • Strong knowledge of various benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
  • Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate benefits programs' effectiveness.
