We are looking for a new Senior Manager Rewards, Benefits who will work closely with the business leaders and People team to be a trusted advisor on all benefits-related matters.

About The Role

As the Senior Manager Rewards, Benefits you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive benefits program that supports the well-being of employees, aligns with company culture and remains competitive in the tech industry.

You will lead the strategic direction and drive the execution of the company’s global benefits offering and will ensure that all benefit programs are compliant, cost-effective, competitive, sustainable, and have a positive impact on attracting and retaining top talent in the workplace. You will work closely with the People team, setting up the framework and guiding benefits implementation in different Regions and Countries.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic design, implementation, and administration of Bolt's global health, retirement, and employee benefits.
  • Conduct needs analysis and benchmarking studies to ensure competitive benefits that meet employee needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and People teams to understand local benefit needs and market competitiveness.
  • Oversee global and local benefits programs, including cost management and legal compliance.
  • Manage annual open enrollment, benefits communication, and vendor relationships.
  • Provide analytics and insights on benefits trends and budgets to support business decisions.


About you:

  • Strong knowledge of various benefits programs, including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives in Europe and Africa; US knowledge is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in benefits administration and vendor management.
  • Understanding of benefits compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate benefits programs' effectiveness.
