About The Role

The purpose of the Legal Operations Support role is to support Bolt’s Legal, Risk and Privacy functions and related operations activities across the organization

Main tasks and responsibilities :

• Act as the main support function within the Legal Operations Support team to engage end-users across Legal Operations support channels (email distribution and mailboxes, slack channels, etc);
• Activate and manage Legal Operations account requests and fulfillment across LRP tech stack and ensure regularly compliance checks, aligned to necessary roles and permissions;
• Actively support Bolt and LRP’s Contract Lifecycle Management processes to ensure adequate and appropriate categorization and storage of company contracts and associated documents;
• Manage notary and related activities to support Bolt’s Corporate Governance requirements, inclusive of document templates until finalized signature & ensuring appropriate cataloging and storage;
• Support and maintain overall Corporate Governance Entity documentation and records and provide regularly audits and reports to support compliance activities and requirements;
• Support Legal Operations activities for AML and KYC tasks and coordinate appropriate support and escalation activities based on required overall Supplier Management Lifecycle process priorities;
• Ensure and support regular reporting (weekly, monthly and quarterly) of Legal Support function activities and requirements.
• Overall act as Bolt’s LRP Legal Operations main interface within the Legal Support function to support services and achieve team objectives and aligned to the Head of Legal Operations.
  
  
  

About you :

• Junior candidates are welcome to apply. Some experience in an International technology organization, either within a support function or operations team would be valuable.
• Projects/programs management experience.
• Experience using collaborative platforms such as Google Workplace, JIRA, Confluence or equivalent;
• Some experience within law tech or similar functions or processes would be a significant plus.
• Fluent in English and Estonian; any additional European languages is a plus;
• Practical work, education or other experience solving complex problems with an ability to articulate complex problems into concise solutions.
