We are looking for an exceptional Customer Support Specialist to join our fast-growing Support team working across our ride hailing and food delivery businesses. The position would be based from our office in Vienna, Austria.

About The Role

As a Customer Support Specialist you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Responding to customer issues both in-person, by phone and e-mailtext
  • Relying on Bolt’s best practices as well as your common sense
  • Working on issues in German and English
  • Working on other projects aimed at improving our processes and customer experience


About you:

  • You are passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing
  • You understand what outstanding customer support looks like and be ready to go the extra mile
  • You welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunities
  • You can apply an analytical approach as to why customer support is contacted in the first place and be ready to tell the story to other teams within Bolt
  • You have excellent spoken and written German and English skills, any other language is a plus
