We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Bolt Market team on our journey to build our grocery vertical, and dark stores all over the country and work both with local and HQ teams to achieve our ambitious delivery goals. The Operations Coordinator will be one of the key members of our Bolt Market local team and you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of one or more dark stores.

Salary: EUR 1200-1400 monthly, depending on your experience.

Main tasks & responsibilities:

• You will support our local warehouse operations
• You will ensure our Warehouse management system inventories are up to date
• Our WMS would be your close ally, and you’ll be responsible for making sure that it is updated with our latest assortment.

• You have previous experience or internships in operations, supply chain/warehouse management, business development, retail, or related industry
• You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems
• You have a high level of ownership and proactively find solutions to business problems
• You are well organized, and you can deliver stuff on time & handle stress well
• You are social, and can easily network with people of all backgrounds
• You have excellent communication & written skills in English
