We are looking for an Operations Coordinator in Prague to support our car-sharing fleet and daily operations.

About The Role

Bolt is a dynamic and innovative mobility company on the brink of revolutionizing the car rental sector. We are on a mission to provide seamless and efficient mobility solutions to our customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Fleet Partner Onboarding: Identify and onboard potential fleet partners to expand our car rental network. Collaborate with fleet partners to ensure smooth integration into our platform. Conduct training sessions to familiarise partners with our operational processes.
  • IoT Installation and Management: Oversee the installation of IoT devices in rental vehicles for real-time tracking and monitoring. Troubleshoot and address any technical issues related to the IoT devices. Ensure all vehicles are equipped with the necessary technology for seamless operations.
  • Fine Tracking and Resolution: Implement a robust system for tracking fines incurred by rental vehicles. Collaborate with local authorities to resolve and mitigate fines efficiently. Regularly audit fine records to identify patterns and implement preventive measures.
  • Fleet Availability: Monitor and manage the availability of the rental fleet on the platform. Optimize fleet distribution to meet demand and maximize utilization. Work closely with fleet partners to ensure timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the operations team, fleet partners, and other relevant stakeholders. Communicate effectively in both English and Czech to ensure clear understanding and cooperation. Provide regular updates on operational performance to the management team.


About you:

  • You have a proven experience in operations, preferably in the transportation or car rental industry.
  • You have strong organizational skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills in both English and Czech.
  • You can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • You have a problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with IoT technology or the automotive sector is a plus.
