We’re looking for a Senior and Non-Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to help Bolt grow their user base across Rides, Bolt Food or Business verticals.

Please note that this is a full-time role based in our HQ in Tallinn, Estonia. Performance Marketing Specialist for B2B can join us full-time in Warsaw, Poland.

About The Role

As a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be working with the ads team on supporting Bolt’s growth in existing and new markets, working across one of our core sub-verticals - Rides, Food, or Business (B2B). Your goal will be to make sure that our ad campaigns are set up, and optimised to best practice, while performance is monitored and continuously improved.

You will also be working closely with various stakeholders - design team, local marketing, marketing technology & analytics. This role will require you to be an autonomous thinker & come up with ideas for tests & process improvements.

Your daily adventures will include:

  • Manage campaigns - that includes setup, optimisation, A/B testing, liaising with ad platform representatives, troubleshooting issues, etc. Reporting, monitoring & documenting campaign performance.
  • Support with analytics projects, including quarterly experiments planning, documentation and communication.
  • Contribute & support with executing quarterly roadmaps dedicated to the vertical.
  • Supporting manager and team lead with the quarterly budget planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Owning special cross-vertical performance marketing projects from ideation to execution, including managing the budget and all stakeholders.
  • Supporting and collaborating with the creative team on new assets development; suggesting improvements for new creatives, supporting with assets localisation and minor edits in Figma.
  • Manage requests from HQ and local teams that are related to paid ads on the assigned ad platform, this includes reporting and updating ads.
  • Liaise with the assigned ad platform's representatives, proactively come up with ideas on how we can better use their resources & suggested betas/testing opportunities.
  • Cooperate with the wider marketing team, attend weekly meetings and help co-planning workflow.
  • Keep up with the latest trends and competitor marketing activities and proactively suggest adapting the best examples.


About you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, with proven track record of working with any of the following channels: Google, Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat, Apple Search Ads or similar.
  • Knowledge of relevant tools is a bonus - e.g. GA4, Mixpanel, Appsflyer or any other 3rd party tracking tools, as well as design tools like Figma or Canva.
  • Deep understanding of the ad platform(s), ability to individually follow and learn about the latest updates or best practices.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • High self-drive to independently come up with ads-related initiatives, create action plans and implement them.
  • Excellent English communication skills & project management abilities.
