We’re looking for an experienced marketing executive to add to our marketing leadership team. As a senior member of Bolt’s global Marketing team, the Head of Marketing will be responsible for developing a cohesive global marketing and communications strategy for the Rides vertical, to help drive brand sentiment, acquisition and engagement.

About The Role
We are looking for a Head of Rides Marketing, who will oversee comprehensive marketing initiatives within the Rides vertical. Your responsibilities span various critical areas, from budgeting, strategic planning, and stakeholder alignment to measurement and reporting.
We are looking for someone with strong experience in leading extensive communication strategies across diverse geographies and products and an aptitude for data analytics to assess ROI in both online and offline marketing efforts.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Oversee all marketing initiatives for the Rides vertical from budgeting, planning, stakeholder alignment to measurement and reporting.
- Feed the business context from the 40+ markets into the business decision making, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
- Lead Bolt’s channel and messaging strategy by using owned, earned and paid media channels to drive brand sentiment, acquisition, activation, engagement in a scalable and efficient way.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation to drive customer acquisition, and increase market share.
- Together with Local Marketing and Performance marketing teams, help build our global and local marketing initiatives.
- Working closely with relevant Operational and Product teams, plan and oversee the annual and quarterly global marketing budget and ensure the most effective marketing budget allocation in your domain.
- Manage other Marketing teams cross-functionally to develop campaigns and projects based on business objectives. Ensure alignment with Operations, Policy, Business Development, etc.
- Lead market research efforts to identify and leverage trends in related industries across all markets for performance marketing as well as branding opportunities.
- Minimum 7+ years of work experience developing and delivering on the marketing strategy in the consumer or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and measuring the ROI of online and offline marketing initiatives, proficiency in making decisions relying on data.
- Strong understanding of the P&L and business metrics.
- Experience leading complex, large-scale communications strategy across multiple geographies and products.
- Experience leading cross-functional, collaborative teams. Running marketing teams with varied sets of objectives outside of agency setting.
- Previous exposure to influencing and partnering with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Fluency in English and experience working in partnership with global teams.
- Experience working directly with the Performance and MarTech teams.
