About The Role

The Global Procurement Manager for Outsourcing will be a pivotal person in the Procurement & Customer Service departments to enable the business to achieve the level of strategy Bolt requires for the outsourcing services we hire from external providers. The Global Procurement Manager will manage the team focused on this area, and will be responsible for generating cost savings & efficiencies, more efficient ways to engage with our suppliers, and launching global/regional tendering processes.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Oversee the company’s spend in outsourcing services - to own the data (CS, Operations)
• Plan the sourcing strategy for each year, considering the needs of the CS teams in terms of volume, vision, and goals
• Calculate the ROI that each service provider can bring to our organization, and explore further opportunities for investment improvement
• Launch high-impact Request for Information/Proposal (tenders) in global, and regional levels according to the business needs, and the best possible outcome
• Be in sync with the CS, Verticals Leadership to achieve what’s expected, and to act as a business advisor and partner when it comes to spending and supplier management
• Analysis of spending reports to understand the broader data related to the CS providers and how this can support the global strategy creation
• Execution of highly strategic negotiations with the largest service providers
• Oversee all the further outsourcing activities at Bolt, once the full strategic Procurement part for CS has been covered
• Manage, coach and develop a team of two individuals (global buyer and global senior buyer) assigned to Outsourcing activities in Procurement
• Savings target of 10%+ per negotiation
  
  
  

About you:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field like Business Management or Supply Chain/Procurement; CPSM, CIPP/CIPM certifications will be a bonus.
• Minimum 10+ years of international procurement and supply chain experience, with a strong background in outsourcing.
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams, setting goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision-making.
• High integrity and openness combined with a commitment to good governance.
• Energetic, highly motivated, with an enquiring mind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit of business growth and success.
