We are looking for a Head of Portfolio Management to join us as one of the key members of Corporate Finance team.

About The Role

Reporting to the VP Corporate Finance, the Head of Portfolio Management will be responsible for establishing and managing all post-deal portfolio management activities for transactions executed within the Corporate Finance division.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Taking full responsibility for through-life ownership of lease and loan transactions at the point of deal execution.
• Taking overall responsibility for post deal management and reporting activities within the Corporate Finance division, working closely with stakeholders across Group & Asset Finance, Treasury, Investor Relations, Legal and other support functions.
• Establishing a middle office function and the first point of contact with lenders and lessors.
• Full ownership of monitoring and managing through life information sharing, covenant reporting, amendments and change requests.
• Working with the Controlling team to optimise and enhance Bolt’s lease management platform as required.
• Setting-up asset management and reporting activities relating to SPV structures, including being the primary point of contact for external partners (e.g. facility agent, security trustee).
• Developing a portfolio view of Bolt’s loan and asset finance book, including segmentation and run-off.
• Managing end-of-lease expiry mechanics, supporting the Rentals team to manage purchase, return option and refinancing activities.
  
  
  

About you:

• University educated with a specialism in finance, law, economics or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years work experience in post deal portfolio management or a lawyer with strong corporate finance background (ideally from a bank or leasing company).
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets, asset-backed financing or leasing structures, and associated documentation mechanics.
• Capable of managing large data sets, presenting recommendations to stakeholders and risk management.
• Self starter and driven person with strong stakeholder management skills who is capable of using their initiative to get things done in a fast paced business environment.
• Excellent communication, written and presentation skills in English.
