We are looking for an analytical and solutions-driven Regional Manager with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage Bolt Drive (carsharing) operations in multiple markets.

About The Role

As a Regional Manager, you will lead our Carsharing Operations across multiple markets. You will be responsible for overseeing the region, developing and nurturing critical stakeholder relationships to grow our business, strengthening our market position, and managing staff engagement and retention. You'll work in fast-paced, agile environment, focusing on local metrics and results. Collaborating closely with local and HQ teams, you'll report to the Regional Director of Carsharing. This role is critical, impactful, and rewarding, with preferred locations in Berlin, Germany, or Tallinn, Estonia.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Provide input on local business need or how regulation impacts processes or products
• Oversee performance against KPIs and P&L across the territory
• Dive analysis on strategic decisions, including understanding key levers to improve results and clarifying tradeoff decisions
• Plan and manage multi-city initiatives Identify, solve, or raise customer or tech issues and opportunities
• Develop tools and training to enable local city teams to optimize their results
• Build any city-specific processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  
  
  

About you:

• Have 7+ years of experience in operations management in a fast-paced business with 24/7 operations
• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (good Excel skills are a must)
• Have a strong sense of ownership with a hands-on approach (a must)
• A hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• Good English and local language skills
• Amazing negotiation and communication skills
