We are seeking a dedicated and organised professional to fill the position of Operations Coordinator within our team. This crucial role focuses on data processing, invoice control, and efficient management of goods orders.

You must be able to thrive in a startup environment, and succeed in navigating ambiguity and competing priorities. High judgment, ability to influence, analytical talent, exceptional communications, and great stakeholder management are essential to success in this role.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Data Processing: Efficiently collect and process relevant data for our operations and ensure accuracy and integrity of data at all stages of the process;
• Invoice Control: Verify received invoices to ensure correctness and compliance with existing contracts and agreements as well as collaborate with relevant departments to resolve any identified discrepancies or issues;
• Goods Ordering: Monitor stocks and manage goods orders in accordance with operational needs and effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of necessary materials.
  
  
  

We are looking for:

• Previous experience in data processing and/or invoice control (minimum 6 months);
• Organisational and time management skills;
• Proficiency in operating Excel/Google Sheets;
• English (medium proficiency);
• Proactive attitude and the ability to take initiatives in problem-solving.
