We are looking for a Senior Tender Manager to join our global Public Policy team.

About The Role

The Tender Manager is responsible for the execution and draft of Request for Proposals or Invitations to Tender received by cities. This is an HQ position to support local teams and ensure full cross-departamental alignment when submitting a tender.To suceed in this role, you will need past experience in a very similar role and be able to write engaging content in the bids to win large details, you will also have strong project management skills and be able to manage bids from end to end.

Your daily adventures will include:

• Facilitate workshops, including kick-off meetings and storyboarding, both digitally and physically.
• Define the approach to address customers’ needs (Cities and Users) and competitors’ offerings through market intelligence and insight from local teams.
• Management and overview of our proposals during the submission at all stages of the tender process.
• Draft high-quality deliverables.
• Articulate our services/operations in a compelling way with strong written English
• Apply your organisational skills ensuring everyone is aligned to the scope objectives
• Leading tender timings, making sure priorities are clear
• Show calm and resilience under pressure and the demanding timescales of a tender
• Having a creative way of thinking and articulating concepts
• Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews
• Enable feedback sessions and handover documents to prepare launch operations. Owning process improvement actions and implementing them with the appropriate team
• Preparing and reviewing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms
• Guide and lead meetings, product presentations, and negotiations with the City (where applicable)
  
  
  

About you:

• You have more than 10 years of experience in project management and have worked as a bid/tender manager or commercial project manager in the micromobility industry.
• You have experience in public sector tenders
• You are self-motivated, curious and have a desire to learn about new technologies.
• You are collaborative, solution-focused, and have strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Fluent in English is a must. German is preferred as a second language or other EU languages such as Spanish or Italian.
